State registration fees are separate and paid to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Step 1 - Log into your PA Medical Marijuana Program account and update your registration and pay the renewal fee (or verify eligibility for a fee waiver).
Step 2 - Sign into your Next Chapters account or register as a new renewal patient.
Step 3 - Speak to a Pennsylvania-licensed physician and get approved.
Step 4 - Physician will immediately submit your approval to the state.
Step 5 - The state will mail your new card in 7 to 10 days.
